Terrible customer support. Did not receive delivery
I did not receive my order yesterday. Emailed them , no response. Sent message instagram said they would contact me. Never contacted me. Still haven’t heard from anyone whether I am going to receive my order. Very unprofessional
Order the oranges during the chinese new year period and the fruit all came in tip top condition and within quick timing. delivery was done professionally
Ugly foods is great with delivery timings and also quality of produce. The only thing I would suggest is for them to pack them in a more sustainable way - right now, each individual product selection is packed in a separate plastic bag. So every delivery generates an extra 12-15 plastic bags to be disposed of
